Ingredients
Most of our ingredients non-GMO, all natural, locally sourced, and in the case of our specialty spices, hand selected and freshly ground. We also use organic cooking oil to prepare 99% of our dishes. Our products do not contain soy, food coloring, MSG, or preservatives. No gluten is added to any of our dishes except for naan and samosa and we don’t add sugar to any of our curry sauces.
Another reason why our food is special is because we create and customize spice blends to bring a distinct and comforting flavor out of each dish. Please see below for additional information on our spices.
