Ingredients

Most of our ingredients non-GMO, all natural, locally sourced, and in the case of our specialty spices, hand selected and freshly ground. We also use organic cooking oil to prepare 99% of our dishes. Our products do not contain soy, food coloring, MSG, or preservatives. No gluten is added to any of our dishes except for naan and samosa and we don’t add sugar to any of our curry sauces.
